At Vibhava Granites Pvt Ltd, we believe every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment. We are committed to the "No Child Labor" policy, according to the Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 of India, with zero tolerance to employing any child in all our operations or supply chains. Likewise, we observe all conventions upheld by the International Labor Organization (ILO) regarding forced labor, thus our workforce isn't exposed to any sort of compulsion at work, and we ensure that this commitment reaches out to all partners and vendors involved with us so that ethical practices stand at the forefront of all of our supply chain activities.

Safety of Employees lies at the heart of our operations. We follow many strict rules such as the Factories Act of 1948 and ensure that all workplaces are safe for all. Some of the rules also include having PPE, clean drinking water, and health check-ups regularly. The facilities maintained ensure high levels of hygiene to establish overall well-being. All safety risks can be reported openly, and action will be taken immediately. These legal requirements assist us in creating a workplace that is safe as well as a culture of safety and one built on trust.

Integrity and transparency drive us. From Companies Act, 2013 to international trade laws, we adhere to every 360-degree legal framework to ensure all transactions are honest and above board. We have policies for the rights of employees and instill in them honesty and accountability. No retribution by employees or stakeholders toward a third party, as any act of malpractice is to be reported according to the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2014.
